Along with around 40 other village organisations, BenShed had a stall at the Benson Community Celebration event on Saturday 16th May in the Benson Parish Hall. There was a lot of interest in Chris’ model boats and trains and planes, with several people offering donations of models. Some items made by Shed members were sold, and lots of visitors came to chat about the Shed. It was great to see so many different groups in Benson coming together to celebrate all that Benson

Over 100 people came along to celebrate the opening of BenShed in the former Youth Hall Benson, on Saturday 9th May. After a journey of almost 5 years to find our own premises, it was wonderful to be able to open the doors of our Community Shed to the Benson Community, and those who have donated tools and equipment, time, money, expertise.
